SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Intent and purpose of zoning ordinances. Provides that the provisions of Title 15.2 related to planning and zoning are to be liberally construed. The bill clarifies that local governing bodies have the responsibility of weighing and balancing the purposes of zoning.
