Requires the Virginia Department of Transportation to install and maintain prominent signs providing motorists directions to Natural Tunnel State Park on (i) U.S. Route 23 in the vicinity of Moccasin Gap and (ii) U.S. Route 58 in the vicinity of Pound Gap.
