SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Restricted driver's licenses for person who are 18 or 19 years old. Requires persons who are 18 or 19 to attend driver improvement clinics if they have been convicted of a motor vehicle offense for which demerit points are assessable, a safety belt offense, or a child restraint offense. This bill has been incorporated into SB 1329 (Mims).
