SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Budgets of school divisions. Allows a school division to include in its budget a reasonable reserve for contingencies and capital improvements. The school division is required to obtain the consent of the local governing body prior to the expenditure of funds reserved for contingencies and capital improvements in the same manner as the expenditure of other funds.
