SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Driving age. Increases from 15 to 15 and one-half the minimum age for issuance of learner's permits; increases from 16 to 16 and one-half the minimum age for issuance of driver's license. This bill has been incorporated into SB 1329 (Mims).
