SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Comprehensive Services Act for At-Risk Youth and Families; community policy and management teams; powers and duties. Authorizes a community policy and management team, upon approval of the participating governing bodies, to contract with another community policy and management team to purchase coordination services provided that state pool funds are not used. This bill is identical to HB 2585.
