SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Driver's licenses; licensure of persons 70 years old or older. Provides that driver's licenses issued to persons who are 70 years old or older will be valid for two years instead of five, and that the vision examination cannot be waived for persons who are 70 years old or older. The bill also replaces the term "visual examination" with "vision examination."
