SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Motor vehicle dealers. Prohibits manufacturers and distributors to discriminate in favor of or against particular dealers who sell the same line-make. This bill is the same as HB 2482 (Moran).
