SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Recycling Markets Development Council. Staggers the terms of the 15 appointed members of the Virginia Recycling Markets Development Council who will be appointed July 1, 2001. The bill also changes the standard for a quorum from 10 members of the Council to a majority of the appointed members of the Council.
