SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Unemployment compensation; pension offset. Excludes pension benefits paid under the Social Security Act from the current requirement that unemployment compensation benefits be reduced by the amount received from any governmental or other pension, retirement or retired pay, annuity, or other periodic payment under a plan maintained or contributed to by an employer based on the recipient's prior work.
