SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Restricted license on conviction of reckless driving. Provides that a court may, in its discretion and for good cause shown, provide that a person convicted of reckless driving be issued a restricted permit to operate a motor vehicle for, among other things, travel to and from an alcohol safety action program. This bill was incorporated into SB 862.
