SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:
Motor vehicle dealers; damages caused by statutory violations. Adds a new section that allows a motor vehicle dealer to recover actual damages, court costs and attorney's fees for a statutory violation resulting in injury to its business or property. This bill is the same as HB 2332 (Howell).
