Special license plates; supporters of the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Foundation; supporters of The Mariners' Museum. Changes references to "supporters of the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Foundation" to "supporters of The Mariners' Museum." A portion of the revenues derived from these plates (once a minimum of 1,000 sets have been sold) would still be used exclusively to further the development and operation of the USS Monitor Center at The Mariners' Museum.
