SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Management of the Commonwealth's central vehicle fleet. Transfers from the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner to the Director of the Department of General Services the responsibility for managing the Commonwealth's central vehicle fleet. This transfer, however, is inapplicable to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT); VDOT will continue to control its own vehicle fleet.
