SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Issuance of Governor's warrant of arrest. Provides that any electronically transmitted Governor's warrant of arrest shall be treated as an original document provided the original is received four days before receipt of the facsimile. This bill is identical to HB 2421 (Wardrup).
