SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Insurance; types of agent licenses. Requires the licenses of all individuals and business entities who on July 1, 2001, hold certain limited licenses to write insurance to be converted to the nearest equivalent license type currently issued in the Commonwealth, and subjects those converted licenses to all of the prelicensing and continuing education requirements of the converted license type. This bill was incorporated into SB 913.
