Remote electronic access to court cases. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the protection of information contained in the records, documents and cases filed in the courts of the Commonwealth.

Study; Remote electronic access to court cases. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the protection of information contained in cases electronically filed in the courts of the Commonwealth. The joint subcommittee must report its findings and recommendations by November 30, 2001 to the Governor and the 2002 Session of the General Assembly.
