Veterans' mobile medical unit. Requests the Department of Veterans' Affairs to examine the use of mobile medical units for the provision of services to military retirees and medical beneficiaries who are unable to travel to a VA medical center.
SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Study; veterans' mobile medical unit. Requests the Department of Veterans' Affairs to examine the use of mobile medical units for the provision of services to military retirees and medical beneficiaries who are unable to travel to a VA medical center. The Department must report its findings and recommendations by November 30, 2001, to the Governor and the 2002 Session of the General Assembly.
