SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Streamlined Sales Tax Project. Provides that the General Assembly will participate in the Streamlined Sales Tax Project and that the Senate Committee on Finance and the House Committee on Finance shall report to the General Assembly on the feasibility of the Commonwealth adopting the model legislation of the Streamlined Sales Tax Project. This report shall be made to the Governor and the 2002 Session of the General Assembly.
