SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the process for developing and implementing new regulations for professions and occupations regulated by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). The joint subcommittee is directed to examine the process used by DPOR and to determine how the process may be made faster.
