Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Expresses the sense of the General Assembly that any change in the toll for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel be delayed until completion of the bi-county impact study initiated by Northampton and Accomack Counties to assess the potential impact of a commuter toll discount on the region, provided that study has been completed by October 1, 2001.
