SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Officially recognizing the Rappahannock Indian Tribe, Inc. Extends official state recognition to the Rappahannock Indian Tribe, Inc., also known as the Rappahannock-Portobago Indian Tribe. The Rappahannock Indian Tribe, Inc. will be the ninth tribe officially recognized by the General Assembly.
