Interstate Route 73. Continues the Interstate Route 73 Communications Committee, established in 1998 and continued in 1999 for two years, to provide an institutional and organizational link between the citizens and businesses of south-central Virginia, their legislative representatives in the General Assembly, and the Virginia Department of Transportation to receive and disseminate communication between the Department and those most directly affected and greatly concerned with the speedy completion and success of the Interstate Route 73.
