SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

HOV facilities. Provides for issuance of HOV facility pass stickers and authorizes promulgation of regulations to cover validity period, method of display, and cost. Proceeds would be deposited into the Transportation Trust Fund. These stickers would allow vehicles on which they are displayed to use any HOV facility in Virginia regardless of the number of the vehicle's passengers. Commercial vehicles would not be eligible to use these stickers,
