SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services; environmental laboratory certification program. Provides an exemption from the Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services' laboratory certification regulations to laboratories in municipal treatment facilities serving less than 20,000 persons and owned by political subdivisions of the Commonwealth, including entities created pursuant to the Virginia Water and Waste Authorities Act (§ 15.2-5100 et seq.).
