SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Line of Duty Act; continuation of health insurance for disabled employees. Provides that persons who are disabled in the line of duty on or after January 1, 1999, are eligible to receive continued health insurance coverage. Currently, only those persons disabled on or after July 1, 2000, are eligible for continued health insurance coverage.
