SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
State recordation tax; amount to be taxed. Requires the recordation tax to be based on the amount paid for the property, which shall be stated on the deed, and removes the option of basing it on the actual value of the property. This legislation has a reenactment clause.
