SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Learner's permits. Increases the minimum age for learner's permits from 15 years to 15 years, six months. The bill also requires that applicants for driver's licenses who are under 18 years old must have certification from a parent or guardian that they have had at least 25 hours of driving experience, at least five of which were at night.
