Virginia Resources Authority; public safety facilities. Adds public safety facilities, including law-enforcement training facilities and emergency response, fire, rescue and police stations, and the remediation of brownfields and contaminated properties to the projects that may be funded through the Virginia Resources Authority. This bill is identical to SB 1402.
