SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alcoholic beverage control; operation of government stores. Creates an exemption to the prohibition that no alcoholic beverages shall be consumed by any person in a government store. The exemption created by this bill allows for tastings conducted by a manufacturer under the supervision of the ABC Department and in accordance with any ABC Board regulations.
