SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Penalty for underage possession of alcohol. Provides that if the facts found by the court would justify a finding of guilt of underage possession of alcohol by a defendant who is less than 21 years of age, at any time before entering a judgment of guilt, the court shall defer further proceedings and suspend the defendant's driving privilege for six months. Upon the defendant's compliance with the conditions imposed by the court, it must dismiss the charge against the defendant.
