SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Lake level contingency plans. Provides that lake level contingency plans required in connection with the issuance of a Virginia Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit shall not be designed or implemented so as to conflict with an existing order issued by the State Corporation Commission establishing a minimum release rate for an impoundment structure.
