SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Attorney General; settlement of disputes. Provides that all moneys collected by the Attorney General that involve consumer or antitrust suits shall be transferred to the general fund to be appropriated by the General Assembly in a manner consistent with the requirements of the settlement agreement or decree.
