SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Enforcement in federal courts of matters within the jurisdiction of the State Air Pollution Control Board, the State Water Control Board, the Virginia Waste Management Board and the Department of Environmental Quality. Authorizes the Attorney General to bring an action in the appropriate federal court in situations where the State Air Pollution Control Board, the State Water Control Board, the Virginia Waste Management Board and the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality are authorized to bring an action in the courts of the Commonwealth.
