SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Expenses incurred in responding to DUI incident. Amends the section that currently allows localities to collect reasonable expenses from those causing certain DUI incidents by stating that in determining the "reasonable expense," a locality may bill a flat fee of $100 or a minute-by-minute accounting of the actual costs incurred. Under current law the total amount may not exceed $1,000 per incident.
