SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Vision examinations for issuance or renewal of driver's licenses. Repeals authority of the DMV Commissioner to waive vision tests for applicants for driver's license renewals. Allows renewal of driver's licenses of any person who fails the DMV eye test if he presents to the DMV Commissioner a certificate from a Virginia licensed ophthalmologist or optometrist stating that he passed at least an equivalent eye test within the preceding 90 days.
