SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Reinstatement of driver's license suspended or revoked for a conviction of driving while intoxicated. Provides that a judge may waive the requirement that before restoring a driver's license to any person whose license to drive a motor vehicle has been suspended or revoked as a result of a conviction for driving while intoxicated, the driver must successfully complete an alcohol safety action program. This bill is identical to SB 1127 (Marsh).
