SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Defeating drug and alcohol screening tests; penalty. Provides that it is unlawful for a person to distribute, transport or market human urine in the Commonwealth with the intent of using the urine to defeat a drug or alcohol screening test. The bill also punishes adulteration or substitution of urine with the intent to defraud a drug or alcohol screening test. The penalty is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
