SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Discharge of firearms in schools. Provides that the hunting exemption and the exemption for an established shooting range do not apply to the willful discharge of a firearm upon the buildings and grounds of a school. The bill also provides that there is no established shooting range exemption for discharge of a firearm within 1,000 feet of the property line of a school.
