SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Alcoholic beverage control; false identification. Authorizes retail licensees of the ABC Board to confiscate a false identification presented to them for the purpose of purchasing alcoholic beverages. The bill requires the licensee to submit the identification so confiscated to a law-enforcement officer or magistrate within 24 hours of its confiscation. In addition, the bill grants the licensee immunity from civil damages, other than personal injury, in certain circumstances. The bill defines false identification.
