SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Deadly physical force. Grants the occupant of a dwelling immunity from civil liability or criminal prosecution for any injury or death resulting from the occupant’s use of force, including deadly physical force, against a person when the other person has unlawfully entered the dwelling, has committed an overt act toward the occupant or another person in the dwelling and the occupant believes he or another person in the dwelling is in imminent danger of bodily harm.
