HB 2359 Fingerprinting of certain school board employees.
Introduced by: Glenn M. Weatherholtz | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Fingerprinting of certain school board employees. Excludes applicants for adult education instructional positions in which there is no contact with minors, from the criminal records check and fingerprinting requirements now applicable to all applicants for school board employment, whether for full- or part-time, permanent or temporary positions.
Reports of arrests of any school board employees, rather than applicants, regardless of position, however, would still be reported to division superintendents and fingerprinting of the employee then required.
