SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Acquisition of property by state agencies. Requires that when any state agency acquires real property and, as a result, a remainder of such property is, as the result of the acquisition by the state agency, no longer in compliance with local building setback requirements, the acquiring agency must offer to buy the remainder parcel at fair market value.
