SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Regulation of body-piercing salons and tattoo parlors. Permits any locality by ordinance to require that all body-piercing salons and tattoo parlors have appropriate medical personnel on premises at all times that such body-piercing and tattooing take place. Appropriate medical personnel may, at the discretion of the locality, include a practitioner of medicine or osteopathy, a licensed nurse practitioner, or a licensed physician assistant.
