Replaces the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Oakwood Committee, with the Oakwood Confederate Cemetery Trust, Inc., as the organization to receive funds from the Department of Historic Resources for the care of Oakwood Cemetery in the City of Richmond. The bill also specifies 2,294 as the number of Confederates located in the cemetery.
