SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Absentee voting; business emergencies. Extends the time for voting absentee in person on the Monday before an election at the general registrar's office in cases of business emergencies. Present law provides for voting before noon. The bill allows voting at any time before 2:00 p.m.
