SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Health insurance accounts; state employees. Directs the Department of Human Resource Management to recommend the development of a program for state employees whereby such employees may convert their accrued health insurance balance when they retire from state service to fund private health insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents. Such recommendation is to include input from the Virginia Retirement System.
