SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Administration of state government; limitation on state expenditures. Provides that no money spent by any state agency, whether (i) independent or in the executive or legislative branch or (ii) appropriated to it or collected by it, shall be used in any political activity that is prohibited by § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
