Bond of fiduciaries. Provides that when new or additional bond is ordered the fiduciary’s execution can be made by the fiduciary’s agent under a power of attorney. This bill is a recommendation of the Judicial Council, acting on the recommendation of its Standing Committee on Commissioners of Accounts.
