SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Rezoning property to previous zoning designation in certain counties. Allows Prince William County (described by form of government) to include in its zoning ordinance provisions that permit the County to grant any rezoning with a condition requiring that an approved site plan or final subdivision plan be obtained for the development within a specified period of not less than 10 years. If no such approval is obtained during the specified period, the County may rezone the property to its previous zoning designation.
